Zani
was/is the smartest, first to do anything in her litter.
This litter of 6 pups were campaigned to their UKC Championships by 7.5
months of age and 5 of the pups (all but Zappy, who now lives in
All
the Z litter tested OFA hip prelims as GOOD except sister Zen, whose hip
results were reported as excellent. We enjoyed rearing these
puppies, setting records for their parents with these offspring’s
accomplishments and then came the hard decision of who to go forward
with in our program. It was neck and neck with Zen and Zani for
months . . . but with the slight difference in the hip rating, we now
are offering Zani. We always thought it would be the other way
around, but that is the value of health screenings. Also, as a
conscientious breeder you have to acknowledge the results, no matter how
slim a difference. This will be a lucky family's good fortune, as

that testing is costly, but worth our investment for the dogs’ sake as
well as giving us a better peace of mind in monitoring our breeding
program. Zani is one of our favorites of all time.
She has been superbly reared by us
and is a lovely home and travel companion. Her price is $3500.00.
Zani has had her spay surgery and had a minor voice reduction
surgery as well. Her pedigree is full of long-lived relatives of
exceptional character.

"Frappuccina"
miniature/standard combination

and UKC. Frappuccina was four years old at time of whelping.
She weighs 29 lbs. She is a beautiful black with a very lush
coat and a perfect trot; a very well-known, legend in her own time.
At only 17 inches tall, Frappuccina set an incredible conformation
show record of topping United Kennel Club’s Best of
Breed wins for the breed over 361 other Standard Poodles in 2006
(including over no less than 3 AKC Champions). A more devoted and
outgoing dog, Julie has not owned. "I can walk the
beach with all my dogs off lead and they all run and check on other
things, and check back,"
says Julie, Breeder of the Grand Champion and
#1 United Kennel Club Standard Poodle in 2006.
"Not my Frappuccina. She is in a natural healing position and
stays by me, looking up to my face to look for cues of what to do next.
She has never been formally trained, but you couldn't tell that from how
she interacts. She is devoted and I bet, if you look up the
request - 'Watch Me,' there is a picture of Frappy!"
